Users are expected to interact respectfully. Content or behavior promoting violence, discrimination, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity is prohibited. Camely may remove content that violates community standards.
Camely may, at its sole discretion: issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, remove digital content, restrict room access, and investigate suspected violations. These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or its users.
All rights relating to Camely, including software, artwork, logos, game mechanics, audio, visual assets, user interface, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Camely or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Users retain ownership of content they create where applicable. By submitting content through Camely, you grant Camely a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and use such content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the services. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit.
Camely strives to maintain uninterrupted service. However, availability may be affected by maintenance, software updates, technical failures, internet disruptions, and force majeure events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Camely may modify features, pricing, digital content, platform functionality, policies, and these Terms. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camely, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the services.
You may stop using Camely at any time. Camely may suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms are violated, fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected, or continued access poses a risk to the platform or its users. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified by Camely in accordance with the jurisdiction designated for the applicable services, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence, those rights remain unaffected.
