Gameplay Rules

1. Purpose

These Gameplay Rules establish the standards of fair play, sportsmanship, and community behavior within Camely. Every player is expected to respect these rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and competitive experience for everyone.

2. Fair Play

Players must compete fairly at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating or exploiting game mechanics.
• Using automation, bots, or scripts.
• Manipulating game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Interfering with the gameplay of other users.
• Using unauthorized third-party software.

3. Player Conduct

Players must treat others with respect at all times. The following behavior is prohibited:

• Harassment.
• Hate speech.
• Threats.
• Bullying.
• Discrimination.
• Offensive or abusive language.
• Impersonating another user.
• Encouraging illegal activities.
• Intentionally ruining another player's experience.

4. Voice Communication & Respect

Camely includes real-time voice communication to enhance the social gaming experience. Players are expected to communicate respectfully and responsibly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited during voice conversations:

• Insulting or verbally abusing other players.
• Hate speech or discriminatory language.
• Threatening or intimidating others.
• Excessive shouting or intentionally disruptive behavior.
• Playing loud music or background noise to disturb participants.
• Spamming or repeatedly interrupting conversations.
• Impersonating Camely staff or other players.
• Encouraging cheating, fraud, or illegal activities.

Players should use voice communication only for gameplay and friendly interaction. Camely reserves the right to restrict or remove voice chat privileges, temporarily suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access for repeated or serious violations.

5. Viewer Conduct

Spectators are encouraged to positively support live races. Viewers must not:

• Spam comments.
• Harass players.
• Attempt to manipulate gameplay unfairly.
• Circumvent moderation systems.

Viewer comments are subject to automated moderation.

6. Gifts & Gameplay Effects

Virtual gifts are intended to enhance the entertainment experience. Certain gifts may provide temporary gameplay effects; however:

• No gift guarantees victory.
• All gameplay effects are balanced.
• Competitive fairness is always preserved.

7. Usernames & Profile Images

Users may not use:

• Offensive names.
• Impersonation.
• Copyrighted material without authorization.
• Illegal or misleading content.

Camely may modify or remove inappropriate content without prior notice.

8. Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair competitive or economic advantage is prohibited. Camely reserves the right to investigate related accounts and take appropriate action.

9. Exploits & Bug Reporting

If a player discovers a bug or vulnerability, they should report it through the in-app support system. Knowingly exploiting software defects for personal advantage may result in enforcement action.

10. Competitive Integrity

Camely is committed to maintaining a fair, skill-based, and enjoyable competitive environment. All gameplay systems — including race mechanics, matchmaking, virtual gifts, rewards, moderation tools, and spectator interactions — are designed to preserve competitive balance.

No player or spectator may obtain a guaranteed competitive advantage through purchases, exploits, unauthorized software, or any behavior that compromises the integrity of live gameplay.

11. Enforcement

Depending on the severity or frequency of a violation, Camely may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning.
• Remove chat privileges.
• Remove voice communication privileges.
• Remove gameplay rewards.
• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Restrict access to specific platform features.

Enforcement decisions are made at Camely's sole discretion after reviewing the available information.

12. Changes

Camely may update these Gameplay Rules periodically to improve gameplay, strengthen platform safety, and maintain fair competition. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
